Kate’s Hominy Supergrain Salad is the winner of the Naked Grains Recipe Challenge. Kate, who lives in our hometown of Portland, Oregon, will receive $100 in market money to shop at her local market — our awesome Portland Farmers Market.

Congratulations, Kate! And thanks to everyone who contributed recipes and to everyone else who voted. We hope you’re inspired to try your hand at a grain-based salad.

Now, just for fun

For those of you who don’t know the Portland Farmers Market, here’s a clever video introduction:

Have fun shopping, Kate!
