OK, so the stores may be local to Oregon, but the Oregonian’s basic (and comprehensive) advice for how to get the most out of a supermarket's bulk bins ain’t. Compare prices, check the regular selections, make sure the turnover is constant — you know the drill, but it’s nice to be reminded.
