Summer means community canning projects

Summer is just around the calendar corner, and with it comes heaping harvests: berries, tomatoes, cucumbers, stone fruit. This is such a great idea. I live in tropical rainforest area that I consider very rich yet the latest study reveals that our people are malnorished. Maybe this canning thing can work since many people do not have fridge. I like this..
