Interesting! I wouldn’t call her Google calendar method “basic” but she’s definitely got it down to a science. I’ve got a whiteboard in my kitchen, which is a trick I stole from working in restaurants. I plan about a week out and keep a side list on the board of things I need to use (perishables in red).
