In case you hadn’t noticed, Mother Jones magazine has devoted its March/April issue to food politics. All the usual suspects are there: local vs. organic food, vegetarianism vs. carnivorism, biofuels, farmers’ markets, and college-cafeteria overhauls. Only a few of the stories are available online right now (the mag says they’re planning to post them slowly over the next several weeks), but they’re still worth checking out.
