On her blog, Rural Eating, Culinate contributor Lynne Curry recently wrote about her troubles with pie. And since tomorrow is a day fraught with much pie-making, her musings are a good reminder to take it easy. “There is no such thing as perfect pie,” she wrote. “Or the perfect house, the perfect gift, the perfect meal, let alone the perfect life.” Or the perfect Thanksgiving. So enjoy, whatever the day brings.
