For years, Corby Kummer has written a food column for the magazine The Atlantic. Now the publication has launched a food channel on its website, featuring work from the likes of Marion Nestle, Grant Achatz, and Sally Schneider on everything from food politics and sustainability to the latest in beverages and restaurants. It’s like a whole new food magazine hiding under The Atlantic’s umbrella.
