We’ve mentioned before how much we dig the food-news aggregator the Food News Journal. Now here’s another one: the Food Times, a nonprofit aggregator that, according to its mission statement, “seeks to transform our understanding of the modern food system.”
The site (which includes Culinate contributor Laura Troyer as a contributing editor) breaks down food news by relevant category, including business, education, environment, government, health, and the like. Browse the abstracts (chicken art? appliance efficiency? the latest on Ruth Reichl?), then click to the original stories. There’s also food recalls and a new food-awareness column, by Karla Cook, that appears on the home page.
