His books include Kitchen Confidential, The Nasty Bits, and Anthony Bourdain’s Les Halles Cookbook; his writing has also appeared in the New York Times, the New Yorker, the Observer, and the Independent. He is the host of the travel-and-food television show “No Reservations.”
