About Anthony Bourdain

New York City native Bourdain is the executive chef at the Brasserie Les Halles. His books include Kitchen Confidential, The Nasty Bits, and Anthony Bourdain’s Les Halles Cookbook; his writing has also appeared in the New York Times, the New Yorker, the Observer, and the Independent. He is the host of the travel-and-food television show “No Reservations.”
