With his wife, Star Spilos, Christian Gaudreault is the co-owner of Vancouver’s Tomato Fresh Food Café. He spent his childhood in Québec, where he grew up working in his family’s restaurant. He has also worked in Europe with the chef and restaurateur Umberto Menghi.
