About Dorie Greenspan

Cookbook author and food writer Greenspan writes regularly for Bon Appétit magazine. She has co-written cookbooks with Pierre Hermé, Daniel Boulud, and Julia Child. Her most recent book is Baking: From My Home to Yours. She lives in New York City, Connecticut, and Paris with her husband and son.
