About John T. Edge

Edge is a contributing editor at Gourmet magazine. He has also written for the New York Times, the Oxford American, and Saveur; his writing has been featured in every edition of the Best Food Writing series since 2001. His books include A Gracious Plenty and a series on iconic American dishes, including Apple Pie. Edge lives in Oxford, Mississippi, with his son and his wife.
