About Rose Levy Beranbaum

Beranbaum is an expert in the art of baking. Her first book, the award-winning The Cake Bible, is in its 34th printing. Her other books include Rose’s Christmas Cookies, The Pie and Pastry Bible, and The Bread Bible. She is writing another book on cakes and has her own line of bakeware. She is a contributing editor to Food Arts magazine, and her writing has appeared in The Washington Post, Fine Cooking, and Reader’s Digest. She is also the host of the public-television series “Baking Magic with Rose Levy Beranbaum.”
