Her books include The Great American Seafood Cookbook, Farmhouse Cookbook, Clambakes and Fish Fries, French Farmhouse Cookbook, Italian Farmhouse Cookbook, and On Rue Tatin. Her work has appeared in Cooking Light, Metropolitan Home, The New York Times, Gourmet, and Bon Appétit. She runs On Rue Tatin, a cultural and culinary cooking program, from her home in France.
