I haven’t had any problems with my clear lidded jars (pictured). I cook ALOT, and don’t fill them all the way full, so I am using what is in them in about 1 to 2 months. I haven’t had the flavor fade on any of them. I store backup in the freezer in ziplock bags. And light sensitive herbs like saffron I store in a dark place. Works great!

Cool. I think that’s my spice arrangement you’ve got there. Works for me!

You have a white dog too? A massage therapist told me that big white dogs are believed to be guardians from the spirit world in some Native American religions. I think mine protects me from not having a long walk everyday, led by her.
Loved the list, thank you!

I am sorry, I didn’t see you were doing 25 things, too.
I’d love to see you do the quickie version as well as these thoughtful, beautifully written pieces too.

Nice list!
I am living in a flexitarian family too. I eat fried chicken thighs, my husband eats tofu. So I wrote a book about it. I will make sure you get a galley copy when it comes out in October, okay?
