Boulevard

The Cookbook

Overview

From Culinate

From one of the more highly acclaimed restaurants in San Francisco comes the eponymous Boulevard: The Cookbook, a dramatic, oversized collection of special-occasion recipes: Rabbit Cooked Two Ways, or Sand Dabs Stuffed with Lobster. Full-page photographs accompany several of the recipes, and each main dish is paired with complementary side dishes, enabling the cook to plan an entire dinner easily (it’s the cooking that will take some serious time). It’s a mouth-watering and weighty celebration of food and place, and a window into a beloved institution.
