Blueberry and lemon are two flavors that were practically made to go together. I’ve seen so many recipes that wed the two that to see blueberries listed without some form of lemon seems almost unorthodox. The ginger gives a little kick of spice at the end, a surprise finish that will leave your friends guessing when they taste it.
| ½ | cup fresh blueberries | |
| ~ | Zest of ½ lemon | |
| 1 | large pinch of ground ginger | |
| 1 | cup still water | |
| 4 | cups chilled sparkling water |

I can’t wait to try this with the Rocky Mountain Blueberries I picked at the local farm.

This sounds incredible! I usually eat my blueberries with lemon yoghurt or lemon sorbet. It just seems like the perfect combination. But adding ginger to a drink with lemon and blueberries? Now that’s inspired!
