Introduction

A Thyme to Plant Herb Farm’s Nicole Schermerhorn showed how to make this seasoning that is used like a pesto with lamb, pork, chicken, fish and pasta at the chef’s tent at the Market in June 2009.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp. freshly grated lemon zest or lemon thyme
~ Fresh ground pepper

Steps

  1. Blend ingredients in food processor (or chop finely and combine). Use to season meat and pasta.
