Never had much luck finding wild mushrooms? Eliminate the need for a hunt by growing delicious varieties on your own! Participants will inoculate a log with Shiitake mushroom spawn under the guidance of an experienced mushroom grower. In addition to taking the log home, you will also receive information on how to take care of your mushroom log. This class may be cancelled due to poor weather conditions.
