The New Hope Farmers’ Market opens May 7 at New Hope-Solebury High School, 180 W Bridge St, New Hope, Pennyslvania. The Market will operate Thursday afternoons 3:30 –7:00 pm from May 7 through November 19. Mother’s Day flowers will be in abundance. Parking is free and customers can walk downtown from the market.
Everything in the Market is grown or produced by the vendors giving you the opportunity to buy locally grown produce and fruit in season for optimal freshness and nutrition. The average vegetable travels over 1500 miles to get to destination. Buying at the farmers’ market reduces our carbon footprint and gives customers a healthier tastier diet as well. Customers can speak directly to the vendors to learn more about how their food was grown.
People can go to www.newhopeborough.org for information about the vendors, how to be a vendor, what produce and fruits are available, and events and music about the Market.
