The newest book from dessert expert Sara Perry, Deep Dark Chocolate is an exploration of more than 60 ways to concoct chocolate treats, from cakes and cookies to candy and drinks.

The book includes a buying guide to the many varieties of chocolate on the market today, ranging from bittersweet and semisweet chocolate to cocoa nibs and cocoa beans. There’s also tips on kitchen techniques, tools, and ingredients commonly used with chocolate, as well as a glossary of chocolate terminology.

Congratulations Karen, Lisa, Melissa, Harriett, and Richard, who were winners in the drawing for copies of Deep Dark Chocolate from Chronicle Books.
