Tiny Bubbles

By
January 23, 2009

Written by the editor-at-large of Imbibe magazine, Tiny Bubbles includes some 40 recipes using sparkling wine, including Champagne, prosecco, and cava.

Most of the recipes are for cocktails, from classics (mimosas and Champagne cocktails) to new inventions (the cherryful Marasco Fizz and the lemony-pomegranate blend of the Melagrana). The book includes mocktails for those who like the fizz without the buzz, as well as a selection of edibles to go along with the drinks.

Congratulations to the weekly winners (Melissa, Diane, Thomas, Lynda, and Rebecca) who received both a copy of the book, but also a subscription to Imbibe Magazine. Check back each Friday for a new drawing announcement and chances to win new prizes.
