Michigan is one of the country’s biggest cherry producers, so while Friske Orchards sells a wide range of fruits and fruit products, Montmorency cherries — frozen, canned, dried, etc. — are the house specialty.
The family-owned Kowalski Meats & Sausages has been making hams, sausages, and the like for nearly a century. Try their holiday kielbasa.
