Piñon coffee and jelly

Change up your morning brew with New Mexico Piñon Coffee — local piñon nuts added to organic arabica coffee. Or try piñon coffee jelly on toast or in meat dishes.

Cada Dia cheese from Capitan. They call it cheddar, but it is like a cross between tomme and cheddar and it is really excellent cheese.

You might call the Capitan New Mexico Chamber Of Commerce - 575.354.2273 to ask for the particulars of Cada Dia.

You could also call the place that sells it, La Montanita Coop, 505-984-8863
