A traditional Pennsylvania Dutch dish, scrapple is one of those foods that only true fans adore. The version made by Kunzler & Company is “a perfect blend of fresh pork, hearty grains, and spices”; the website instructs shoppers to serve it “warm and browned.” If you’re still unsure, Kunzler also sells bacon, ham, and other more familiar meats.
