Vermont has many, many maple-syrup manufacturers, including Mom & Pop's World's Best Vermont Maple Syrup. Mom & Pop sell four grades of syrup (grade B, dark amber, medium amber, and fancy) in a range of bottle sizes, along with such extras as pancake mix and maple candy.

Consider Bardwell and Twig Farm cheeses. Burlington’s American Flatbread. The Alchemist Brewery in Waterbury. A fantastic place!

Apple cider jelly is fantastic! All it is is boiled down apple cider. Wickedly tart, full of flavor and NO SUGAR. Also, the Grn Mtn State has the best cheddar cheese in the world. Ah... I’m homesick.
