Hungry to perfect your grilling technique? Win a trip to grill school!
We’re excited to announce GrillMe ’08, in which we, along with the Copia Center and Southwest Airlines, give away a trip for two to the Mastering the Grill class at Copia, taught by Andrew Schloss and David Joachim, authors of Mastering the Grill.
Last year, we sent GrillMe contest-winner Deb, of the blog Smitten Kitchen, to the grilling class at Copia, and she was, well, smitten with it.
We think you will be, too. Here’s what you could win:
Airfare, two nights’ lodging, and tuition for the grilling class are all provided to one lucky person and a friend.
The trip can be made on any one of four weekends in 2008: May 24-25, May 31-June 1, October 4-5, or October 11-12.
If you can’t wait to get grillin’, you can go in May/June, but you could also go in October for the peak of the wine season for harvest and crush. It’s completely up to you.
