The turn of the year and bottles of bubbly are a classic pairing, so for our final Cookbook Friday of 2008, we thought it would be a good idea to give away Tiny Bubbles. This new book, written by Portlander Kate Simon, combines useful information about the many types of bubblys — yes, even sparkling sake — with recipes that use them. Simon is also the editor-at-large of Imbibe Magazine, a “Guide to Liquid Culture.” Three lucky readers will win a personally signed copy of Tiny Bubbles, and one-year subscriptions to Imbibe.
To win, all you have to do is go to any one of the three Tiny Bubbles recipes pages below and enter in the form found at the bottom of each recipe page (drawing ends at noon PST on Monday, December 22, 2008):
The drawing has now closed, and winners will be announced here once contacted and confirmed. Thanks for joining in the fun!
Good luck to all!
