Introduction
This creamy dressing can be served with a green salad or as a dip for crudités. You can substitute low-fat versions of the sour cream and mayonnaise without changing the flavor significantly.
Ingredients
| ½ | cup buttermilk |
| ½ | cup sour cream |
| ¼ | cup mayonnaise |
| 1 | Tbsp. red-wine vinegar |
| 1 | clove garlic, pressed or minced. |
| 1 | tsp. chopped fresh dill (or ½ tsp. dried) |
| 5 | oz. feta cheese, crumbled |
| ~ | Salt and pepper to taste |
Steps
- Combine all ingredients except feta cheese and mix or blend until thoroughly combined. Stir in crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let stand at least 1 hour before serving to let flavors blend.
