Introduction
My mom made this dressing when I was a kid. My two younger brothers and I called this dressing “the good one” and enjoyed it over green salads that included grated carrots and sliced cucumbers.
Ingredients
| ⅓ | cup tahini paste |
| ⅓ | cup oil |
| 1 | Tbsp. balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | Tbsp. apple-cider vinegar |
| 1 | Tbsp. rice-wine vinegar |
| 2 | Tbsp. soy sauce |
| ~ | Juice from 1 orange |
| 1 | clove of garlic, minced or pressed |
| ½ | tsp. dried oregano |
| ½ | tsp. dried basil |
| ~ | Salt and pepper to taste |
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in blender jar. Blend until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Shake before using.
