My mom made this dressing when I was a kid. My two younger brothers and I called this dressing “the good one” and enjoyed it over green salads that included grated carrots and sliced cucumbers.

| 1 | Tbsp. apple-cider vinegar | |
| 1 | Tbsp. rice-wine vinegar | |

| 1 | clove of garlic, minced or pressed | |
| ½ | tsp. dried oregano | |
| ½ | tsp. dried basil | |
