Gochujang Dipping Sauce

2 Tbsp. gochujang
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. sesame oil
~ Juice of 2 limes


  1. Combine all the ingredients and stir thoroughly. Serve with a crudité platter or lettuce wraps.

We thought this was a good recipe but the amount of gochujang was too much for the other flavours and only put a quarter in. But great sauce. Spicy but very complex with the different flavours hitting one after the other.
