Guacamole

Ingredients

2 large avocadoes
3 garlic cloves, roasted
~ Juice of 1 fresh lime
~ Handful of fresh cilantro
~ Dash of salt
~ Dash of pepper
~ Two shakes of adobo seasoning
~ Diced tomatoes (optional)
~ Tortilla chips, for serving

Steps

  1. Process the garlic, cilantro, and lime in a food processor.
  2. Mash the avocadoes with a fork in a medium bowl, gradually mixing in the garlic mixture, salt, papper, and adobo seasoning.
  3. Garnish with diced tomatoes, if you like, or more cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
