Years ago a friend introduced me to Cham-Chams, which we would drink to start off our visits — she from the East Coast, I from the West. It’s a simple but festive drink, perfect for ringing in the new year and other celebrations. It’s also a nice way to gussy up a less-expensive sparkling wine.
