On a hot summer afternoon, this refreshing drink makes a wonderful snack. Though I’m sure whole-milk yogurt would taste great, low-fat yogurt is what I have most often in the fridge.
| ¾ | cup plain low-fat yogurt | |
| ½ | tsp. ground cumin | |
| ¼ | tsp. salt | |
| 1 | heaping Tbsp. roughly chopped fresh mint leaves | |
| 1 | cup ice |
