This sounds incredible - but - yikes, the calorie count! How about a recipe for a low fat (no fat?), low sugar panna cotta where the fruit provides the sweetness?

This is the light version, traditional panna cotta recipes call for a whole lot more cream! By all means, try making it with skim milk and nonfat yogurt and let me know how it turns out. Or skip the panna cotta and enjoy a perfectly ripe, sweet and juicy fresh peach.
