When I first married (a long time ago), my grandmother gave me a Betty Crocker Cookbook that I still use fairly regularly, especially when I need basic information.

I’ve had buckwheat pancakes and they’re quite good, so I think these cookies would be too. They’re very different from the standard cookies we bake and I think they’d be an excellent addition to the lineup.

I love all the ingredients that go into this recipe, it sounds delicious and looks wonderful. I’m going to try this.
