When we first moved to Oregon from New York, my husband gave me Janie Hibler’s “Dungeness Crabs & Blackberry Cobblers” for Christmas. He knew that I love cookbooks with some stories to accompany the recipes, and this book is filled with them. The “Blueberry-Yogurt Coffecake” is to die for. I have received many, many cookbooks as gifts (and bought myself three last week), and some are used more than this, but this one is always a standout.
