Olive Oil Virginity Explained by Antonella on Mar 11, 2009 at 5:08 PM PDT
Hi Judith,
Great summary on olive oil. How great to spend time in Umbria! I’m glad you mentioned Californian olive oil. You should definitely try it! There is a lot of great olive oil being produced in California. The California Olive Oil Council (COOC) is very active in setting extra virgin olive oil certification - look for their seal or mention of membership on olive oils from California. My company, Olinda Ridge Olive Company, is proud to be a member! And we just won a Silver Medal for our Estate Organic in the recent COOC competition. You can find us online at http://www.olindaridge.com or at Whole Foods in the Northeast and other regions. Enjoy!
