Old Fashion Chicken and Noodles

I put the chicken in the crock pot, chicken stock and diced carrots, celery and onions this morning. When I get home I will pull the chicken, pour the stock into a large pot, add the frozen noodles. I always add milk, take the meat off the bone and throw in the pot. Dinner is served!
