I am really getting tired of eating so much meat in my diet and preparing it in the restaraunt that well I need someone to rescue me. I am trying to lose weight as a chef and everywhere I turn you have to pound down a bunch of protein in the form of meat to do it. I feel more healthy eating more single grains, legumes and raw foods like veggies than anything else. Help.
