Use it up Stir fry!

My husband and I got home later last evening, and were hungry for some good food but didn’t feel like going out. My favorite thing to do is put on a pot of Lundgren’s wild/brown rices while I chop up veggies from the fridge. Last night I retrieved organic scallions, broccoli, green pepper and a portion of red cabbage. I also shredded a carrot for color. I saute some garlic and fresh ginger in peanut oil, and add the veggies to quickly stir-fry in my wok. Toss in some leftover chicken for my husband, and a few splashes of Bragg’s amino acids (just like soy sauce!) and we had a great, colorful healthy dinner in 45 minutes!!
