Muffins...

From Emma Hirsh — Blog by

Muffins can be dry, salty, sugary, bland, or moist. The kind of texture usually comes out within what kind of muffin it is. Say, a banana muffin is probably going to be moist, and a corn muffin, dry. I don’t exactly know why I am writing this, but I have recently been interested in muffins. Not only only are they a great breakfast component, they are perfect as a dessert too. Try baking muffins.
They are easy and fun.
