Baking with Friends

My friend Maragaret and I both love to bake. She is allergic to dairy so together we use her yummy subsitutes as for butter and milk. She enjoys making chocolate chip cookie cake, coffee cake, muffins, and much, much, much, much, more.
Just this morning we made fresh thin pancakes and maple bacon. We have also made chcoolate chip cookie cake, peanut butter cookies, and coffee cake. YUM!
She is a very seasoned baker.

Thanks,
E.

So, the weather is supposed to be warm.. but, it is like 60 degrees. My cousin Sam is in town and I am scrambling around making sweets. Quick breads, pancakes, cookies.... HELP!!! I am actually enjoying baking but I am kind of pressured to bake. At the Farmer’s Market the strawberries are amazing!
