Oh la la. Harriet is in the South eating fried chicken, butter beans and candied yams to name a few items. I mean, this is the land of the buffet and I’m going for it. Today I’m having lunch at a place called Grannies kitchen and I’m sure hoping they have the okra and tomato dish (all served as sides) they use to offer. I used to live here and haven’t been back for twelve years. Making up for lost time sure tastes good.
