“The Joy of Cooking” would have to be my all time favorite. I got a copy in 1969 as a wedding gift. Though I have bought later editions, I still find that I use the older version more. It’s falling apart and has lived in four countries and been through a war (literally!!)...but it’s still holding together....like me!

Try some dried goji berries. There not only good for you but beautiful on the salad too!
