Simple, tasty and healthy cuisine in Puglia Italy!

From Italy4Foodies - Blog by
March 26, 2010

I am very pleased to be part of the Culinate community!
I come from a region, Puglia in Southern Italy, which is home to the authentic Mediterranean paesant cuisine, based on simple ingredients and extra virgin olive oil. I constantly write about the farmers markets in Puglia and traditional recipes which are simple and healthy but also very tasty from Puglia.
