I think most people, particularly Americans, think even less about how they eat, than what they eat. I do both obsessively, but with ease. My husband always says, “I love ‘your food’!” I am quite deliberate with food, trying to make most things from scratch. I could go on, but you might be bored. I would love to see how other’s live their lives with food, too.
