I second your notion about My Life in France being inspirational! I thought a memoir about a famous chef would be a stretch for me - not my usual pick. But, this book made Julia so real. I was especially struck by her complete love for and admiration of her husband. Theirs was a sweet romance from which we all can garner nuggets. I haven’t read The Tenth Muse. But, thanks for sharing your thoughts.
