Breakfast was blackberry-plum compote, baked sweet potato with butter and two cups of coffee with 2% milk.
One apple and one cup of green tea mid-morning.
Lunch was a bowl of kidney beans with adobo sauce sprinkled with fresh cherry tomatoes, and 4 corn tortillas. A small latte with 2% milk. A little dark chocolate, too.
Dinner was chicken barley soup (from a chicken I slaughtered myself! My first chicken slaughter!) and a slice of toast.
