Oh, awesome. I’ve got a portion of a grass-fed beevie coming soon and I ASKED for the tongue ... having absolutely no idea how to cook it. LOL But I do love an adventure. This info will be a lifesaver, no doubt.

I used to do this - save something special for a special time. It was what my Mom did. Then an old person I hardly knew gave me some very good advice, “Don’t save it for a special occassion. Today is special. Everyday is special.” Best advice I ever got!!
